Well, I am back from the EPIC comicCon in Ottawa. I got Shatner's autograph, and De Lancie, who was Q. I also bought Myself a Bat'leth, which is now proudly displayed in My collection! I'll upload what pictures I can of the event, I got over 100, so I'll weed through it and get the best. There was over 30,000 people there, and the building could only hold 10,000 on a good day! Next year I'm planing on building a Borg suit and attending as a Borg, or maybe a STO MACO, or HG, who knows!

So, it's rapidly approaching.. This June, with the release of Season 6, and some time during, will also be player-based fleet starbases. This poll was posted on STO's forums by another fleet, so I decided to post on here as well. As stated in that post, it is unclear how starbases will be named, but why not have a nickname for it also? I've posted a couple names to be voted on, but anyone can make a suggestion and it will be added to the poll.

So this new set that will appear in the Proto store will only appear when it's cycled? that'd make this new set even rarer...

The Federation Technology could only go warp 7 or 8 by straining the engines in TOS era, cruising speed was generally warp 3 or 4. The ship that went warp 36 came from another universe, an anti-matter universe. Naturally, their technology would be alot more advanced than anything in the known matter universe. in the TNG era, the warp bubble would begin destabilizing during any warp faster than warp 10, which naturally began to effect the molecules of the area around the ship, most likely destabilizing those as well, which caused the ship to go ...

And wasn't it once mentioned during Voyager that the speed limit was warp 10, and any faster EveryOne turned into lizards that humped eachother?

So, what's the dropping period for this lockbox? From when to when?
